we live in miami, we want to have the cheapest wedding possible…prefereably on a beach. any advice?

we had our wedding planned and set for june 16th, however we had to take a job transfer which made us have to postpone it and he just told me he wants to do it this week. we are still non-residents. and do not want to spend that much on the wedding, no courthouse wedding either. love it to be on a beach …from miami down to the keys only………….as we will be taking our first vacation week off in 4 years also….. just jim and I no guests. we want the wedding ceremony and pictures that is it. We have waited 4 years and have traveled for our job the whole time. please help
