Non-Traditional Wedding Reception?
Hello all,
We are in the process of planning our wedding. *Exciting*
We are planning a traditional ceremony, but when it comes to the reception, we would like to do something different. We are thinking a 1920′s themed cocktail garden party. I have no idea where to start. What to serve (we don’t want a sit down meal, rather, a variety of finger foods served throughout the afternoon), what music to organise, what attire to put on the invites etc…..
Does anybody know of any sites that may be of assistance?
Ah the flapper age! I love it! Watch “The Great Gatsby”…it’s a totally boring movie but it’s set in the “Roaring Twenties” so you can see how they decorated their places for their parties.
