How do very non religious people do a wedding ceremony?

Lets say a couple wanted to get married, their both Athiests but their family members are quite religious and the couple wants to do a normal ceremony for the family’s sake & have an official wedding feeling still. how in the world would you do that ceremony? would you just have vows and a kiss? Id really like to know this

Have a ceremony is a park/beach.
Write their own vows.
Have a non-minister officiator.

It’s not like the “traditional” wedding ceremony is in the Bible or something — people made it up.
